February Group Sessions
Discover the transformative power of group music therapy in a four-part series led by Kate, Director of Mind Body Music Therapy.
No prior musical expertise or “talent” is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an interest in the intersection of music and well-being.
Feel free to attend one, a few, or all of these group music therapy workshops to gain insights into how music can enhance your overall health.
Places are limited – book your spot here.
Please note that, due to the nature of these sessions, in-depth exploration of individual needs or issues may not be possible. If you require a more personalized or group-oriented support system, please get in touch to explore alternative options for engaging with music (e.g. closed therapeutic groups or individual support).
