Professional support for organisations
Professional development for your staff
As a Registered Music Therapist and PhD researcher, I’ve worked closely with staff in aged care, mental health and hospital settings. I provide in-services and training to help staff:
- understand how music can both help and harm
- incorporate safe music practices into their work
- learn why and when to refer to a music therapist.
I’ve provided training and professional development for staff at the Olivia Newton John Cancer Centre, the Melbourne Centre for Women’s Mental Health, and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.
To find out more about training for your staff, please get in touch.
Staff wellbeing
Music therapy groups are an enjoyable and creative way to support your staff’s wellbeing.
I’m able to provide a range of options to support your goals, from creative problem-solving to team-building to restorative relaxation experiences.
Staff wellbeing groups are available online or on-site at your organisation. Get in touch to find out more.
I’ve provided several staff wellbeing group sessions at the Olivia Newton John Cancer Centre.
