If you’re struggling with your mental health, it’s important to know you’re not alone. Help is available, and the right help can make all the difference. It’s worth pushing through to find the right fit.

While Mind Body Music Therapy provides some mental health supports, we are not a comprehensive or crisis service. If you need more support, please refer to the list of resources below.

This list is not exhaustive, it’s just some of the supports that I’m aware of in Australia.

Free & low-cost counselling +

Cairnmillar Community Clinic

Free and low-cost counselling and psychology services with student clinicians. Clinics located in Dandenong, Hawthorn East, Melbourne CBD and North Melbourne. Online sessions may be available.

 

CAREinMIND counselling

Up to 12 counselling sessions available for people with a diagnosed mental illness living in Melbourne’s north-west suburbs. Visit the website for more information.
